Cancellation Policy
Out of respect, I currently do not keep my clients' credit card on file. In return, out of respect for my schedule, I expect that my clients cancel/reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. With that being said, I understand that ever so often my clients may get ill at the last minute. If it becomes a habit with a particular client, I will need to put a credit card on file & keep a percentage of the service price whenever a cancellation occurs.
